Correct bug setting elevation of turnouts when grade is fixed. Increase 3D rendering speed of trees. Ensure layer names exported to AutoCAD do not contain illegal characters. Allow helix objects to have coincident start/end points. Allow turnout to be inserted into tangent track. Ensure proper grade through curve when connecting with turnout to a siding/parallel track.
